What Can I Do? Take Action!
Your support is needed to ensure that high quality pre-k is sustained and expanded in our state, and that a diverse delivery system is implemented. Please help educate parents, community leaders and elected officials about the benefits of voluntary, high quality pre-k, and the opportunities presented by diverse delivery through child care centers and Head Start programs.
You can become involved in Pre-K for All Louisiana on many levels:
1) Sign-up to receive email updates on pre-k in Louisiana. Staying informed and participating in action alerts are great ways to promote high quality pre-k. Sign up for email updates.
2) Join us as a participating organization in the Pre-K for All Louisiana campaign. For more information, please contact Loren Brown at advocacy@prekforallla.org or 225-236-8873.
3) Spread the word to your family, friends and colleagues about the importance of pre-k, and the opportunities provided by a diverse delivery system. Tell family, friends and colleagues about this website.
4) Write a letter to the editor of your newspaper, advocating for pre-k expansion through a diverse delivery system.
